You need the label number of the parcel for track & trace. The label number is provided in the 'notification of shipment' email. You will receive this email as soon as your package has been shipped.

3. What does online tracing mean?
Online tracing means that you can trace the parcel online. This service is available for FedEx shipments. Go to www.fedex.com and fill in the label number.

Online tracking is provided by the local postal services of your country and also accessible via the Dutch postal services website. The Dutch postal services depends on the level of information that is provided by the foreign postal services. Only when information is provided by the foreign postal services, information will be available on the website of the Dutch postal services.

This service is available for all parcels shipped with the postal services. Go to the Dutch postal services website to track your parcel.

 
5. No information available when I submit the label number
There can be several reasons why no information is shown.

The Dutch postal services depends on the level of information that is provided by the foreign postal services. Only when information is provided by the foreign postal services, information will be available on the website of the Dutch postal services.

On request we can start the manual tracking process (we have to fill in a form, the form is sent via the Dutch postal services to the foreign postal services, wait for an answer, etc.). The manual tracking process can take a few weeks.
